- 5 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup unsalted sweet cream butter
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- nonstick cooking spray
- vanilla ice cream
- container of fudge to drizzle
- can of whipped cream
- mini oreos for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
Place the butter and 5 oz of chocolate chips into a small sauce pan and melt on medium heat, stirring consistently until melted
Set aside to cool slightly.
Place the sugar, eggs and vanilla into a large mixing bowl and combine. Beat on medium speed until combined
Gradually mix in the melted chocolate.
Slowly add in the flour.
Mix in 1/4 cup each of the chocolate chips and semi sweet chocolate chips.
Spray the cast iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray and pour the brownie mixture in.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips onto the top of the batter.
Place the cast iron skillet into the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Once done, let cool for 5 minutes.
Add scoops of ice cream into the center.
Add some whipped cream around the edge of the cast iron skillet.
Drizzle with fudge.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and mini oreos.
Serve with glasses of milk or coffee.
