This Pressure Cooker Sloppy Joes recipe is perfect for batch cooking. It’s simple and makes a great base for several other recipes!
Sloppy Joes. Your first real memory of them may be from when you were in school. The mixture at my grade school always looked sort of grayish, and didn’t taste much better. Eventually my Mom made some sloppy joes with the help of canned Manwhich. Those tasted much better then the stuff at school. Pressure Cooker Sloppy Joes is a homemade version that’s similar to what you get if you follow Manwich instructions. The great thing is that the sloppy joes here are actually gluten-free by nature, so you can serve a gluten-free meal by using gluten-free bread. Or you can use regular bread and it’s not gluten-free. Either way, this is a mixture your kids are going to love. By making a big batch of this sloppy joe mixture in a large pressure cooker, you’ll have extra to make some other tasty dishes, which I will share with you over the next couple of days. Being able to use this mixture in several recipes makes it very versatile. Here’s how I make Pressure Cooker Sloppy Joes.
