Here’s another one-pot meal! I love that the Ninja does most of the work. The meatballs really pick up as well as live happily in the sauce. And, the spaghetti really absorbs the flavor and liquid from that sauce, making it super tender and tasty. It’s a simple meal that won’t disappoint. Here’s how I made it.
One-Pot Spaghetti And Meatballs
Equipment used
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef (I used Butcher Box)
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 2x 25 oz jars Hoboken Farms Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 lb spaghetti, strands broken into quarters
Instructions
Place the ground beef, onion powder and garlic powder in a bowl and combine well.
Roll the ground beef mixture into small meatballs.
Turn the Ninja to stovetop high.
Place the meatballs into the Ninja.
Pour the sauce and beef broth into the Ninja.
Let the meatballs cook in the sauce for about 15 minutes. Meatballs are small so they will cook quickly.
Add the spaghetti pieces into the pot and stir well, making sure the spaghetti is covered completely.
Let cook for about 20 minutes, until the liquid has all absorbed and the spaghetti is tender.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
