Fall is here. Fall is soup weather. This soup comes together quickly and easily. You probably have most or all of the ingredients in your cabinets and freezer. You’ll love watching the family enjoy eating this yummy soup while you appreciate the fact that it’s a really simple recipe, so much so that it almost makes itself. I make this in the Ninja 3-on-1 Cooking System. Here’s how I make it.
One-Pot Hamburger Hashbrown Soup
- 1 1/4 lbs ground beef
- 20 oz bag fresh shredded hash browns
- 2x 28oz cans died tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano)
- 28oz water
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Brown the ground beef.
Add diced tomatoes, water, onion powder, and garlic powder and bring to a boil.
Add the hash browns and cheddar and stir well.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
