This One-Pot Chicken Parm And Spaghetti Recipe For Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System is about as simple to make as you can get. Calling for only a couple of ingredients, this recipe is a perfect solution for busy weeknights.
I love chicken parm. I know in the traditional sense the chicken in chicken parm is breaded. But, I wanted to make a one-pot dish using chicken and sauce and wasn’t really sure how things woukld go if the chicken were breaded. So, I left the breading off. The dish was about as simple to make as you can get, with only a couple of ingredients and the Ninja. All of the sauce absorbed into the noodles, so everything went together nicely and had a nice flavor. Here’s how I made it.
One-Pot Chicken Parm And Spaghetti
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 lb spaghetti, broken in half
- 2x 25 oz jars pasta sauce (I used Hoboken Farms Big Basil Sauce)
- 1x 28 oz can diced tomatoes seasoned with basil, garlic and oregano
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Place all items except the spaghetti and the cheese into the Ninja.
Set Ninja to stovetop high.
Bring the contents of the Ninja to a boil.
Switch the Ninja to oven 375.
Place the spaghetti into the Ninja.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Add the cheese to the top.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
