My youngest loves pizza. He’s supposed to follow a gluten-free diet. I like to treat him to his favorite thing, pizza, once every week or so. One of the things I like to do is take a crust and make a pizza using other items I have in the fridge. As my youngest also loves ham and cheese, I thought he’d enjoy a ham and cheese pizza. He did enjoy it, in face he absolutely loved it and devoured the whole thing and then started looking for more. It was super easy to make, using a few gluten-free ingredients I already had on hand. Here’s how I made it.
Easy Gluten-free Ham And Cheese Pizza
- 1 gluten-free pizza crust (I used Udi’s ultra thin & crispy crust, which I get it in the freezer section at the grocery store)
- 1/2 cup ham (diced)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
Place a thin layer of sauce on the crust.
Sprinkle the ham around the crust.
Sprinkle the cheese over the ham.
Bake according to instructions on the crust package, which in this case was 6 minutes.
