Chicken broccoli alfredo is one of my most favorite dinners ever. Hubby enjoys it also. Recently, I decided to try to take that magical flavor combination that I love and give it a shot with pizza. It worked really well. It immediately became one of my favorite quick pizzas to make. It was ridiculously easy to put together and tasty enough to make my tummy happy. Here’s how I made it.
Easy Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pizza
- 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
- 11 oz thin pizza crust (I used Pillsbury)
- 9 oz grilled Italian chicken (I used Perdue Short Cuts)
- jar Alfredo sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425 f.
Warm the frozen chopped broccoli in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Chop the chicken up.
Spread crust out over large pizza pan. (I used a rectangular pan.)
Spread a layer of sauce over the crust.
Drain the broccoli.
Spread the broccoli out over the crust.
Spread the chicken out over the crust.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
