One of the reasons I love bruschetta is because it is so flavorful. The spaghetti gets tons of flavor from the bruschetta in this recipe, I love it because it’s a different way to prepare the pasta, it almost doesn’t have a “sauce”. And if you’re looking for an easy meal, look no further. This is one of the easiest meals you will make, the hardest thing you will have to do is stir. . Here’s how I made it.
Easy Bruschetta Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb thin spaghetti
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cooked (I used Perdue Short Cuts original roasted)
- 14 oz container bruschetta
Instructions
Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the box.
Drain the spaghetti and return to pot.
Over low heat, add the bruschetta and then the chicken.
Stir well to mix thoroughly and serve immediately.

Rereminds me of the peppers, onions, and tomato topping on the chicken we just had.

This dish definitely looks like a deliciously easy dinner idea. I had no idea they offered pre-made bruschetta, but I need to look into picking some up.
