I love cheese, as you likely know. It goes really well with ranch. I was looking for something different to do with cavatelli one day and came up with this dish. It’s super easy to make and very filling. Here’s how I make it.
Cheesy Ranch Chicken Cavatelli
- 2x 12 oz bags frozen cavatelli
- 1.25 lb cooked boneless chicken
- 4 oz Velveeta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 packets ranch dressing
Boil the cavatelli according to the instructions on the package.
Drain the cavatelli and return to the pot.
Add in the remaining ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring often until blended.
