Sometimes I just like to concoct, to just dump stuff in and see what happens. This recipe is very heart and comforting and so easy to make. I really like the sauce this dish creates, and may have eaten a bit of it like soup. Here’s how you make it.
One-Pot Cheesy Bacon Chicken Tenders Over Egg Noodles
- 1 3/4 lb chicken tenders
- 2x 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup with herbs (condensed)
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 1 bag egg noodles
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Place condensed coup, sour cream and bacon bits in a bowl and stir well.
Place thin layer of mixture on the bottom of the Ninja crock.
Place the noodles in.
Place the chicken in.
Pour the remainder of the soup mixture over the top.
Sprinkle the cheese across the top.
Cook on slowcooker high for 3 hours
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
