This is a super simple one pot meal. Nothing fancy, but it’s tasty. You can add and subtract seasonings to suit your taste.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 5 cups water
- 5 beef boullion cubes
- 16oz onion dip
- salt and pepper to taste
Brown the ground beef.
When ground beef is cooked most of the way through add the water, boullion cubes and pasta.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add the onion dip and stir well.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
Note – This dish is even creamier if you have a can of cream of celery soup. Add that when you add the onion dip if you try it.
