Ever wanted or needed a tasty appetizer but didn’t have anything on hand or in the freezer? Maybe company dropped by, or maybe you were just in the mood for small food? Well, here’s a tasty appetizer that’s easily made from items you probably have right in your fridge.
Cheesy Roast Beef Bombs Appetizer
- 1 canister refrigerated pizza crust
- 4-6 slices Italian Roast Beef
- 4 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 f.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the pizza crust into a rectangle.
Cut the crust dough into 12-16 equally sized pieces.
Chop up your slices of roast beef.
Put a generous pinch of the roast beef onto a square of crust.
Place a pinch of shredded cheddar on top of that.
Seal up the crust by making it into sort of a ball, pinching and pressing all open edges closed.
Place the dough onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for approximately 10-14 minutes (depends on how big they are), until the appetizers are turning a golden brown.
Serve immediately. They don’t taste nearly as good once they’re cold.
