I had these ingredients out yesterday for something else and decided to use them to make a mac and cheese casserole. It was easy to make, and our dinner gieusts really enjoyed it. Here’s how I made it.
- 1 lb pasta
- 1 lb bacon
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 8 oz BBQ sauce
Preheat the oven to 350 f.
Boil pasta according to the directions on the package.
Cook the bacon. I microwaved mine, but you could also cook it on the stove.
Cut the bacon into bite sized pieces.
Drain pasta and put back into pot.
Add the cheeses and the bacon to the pot and stir well.
Place the pasta into the casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
