All of the recipes have been collected, and have been narrowed down to a group of finalists based on creativity, healthfulness and taste.
Mrs Dash received so many great recipes in this contest that they need help picking a winner. In other words, they need you! The nice folks at Mrs. Dash sent me the entire collection of their seasoning blends, which are all salt-free and MSG-free. The collection consists of Original, Caribbean Citrus, Chicken Grilling, Extra Spicy, Fiesta Lime, Garlic & Herb, Hamburger Grilling, Italian Medley, Lemon Pepper, Onion & Herb, Southwest Chipotle, Spicy Jalapeno, Steak Grilling, Table Blend, and Tomato Basil Garlic.
I’d tried a couple in the past but many were new to me. I’m inspired to try them all and see what tasty things I can come up with. Last night I used the Garlic & Herb to make some awesome chicken. Check it out!
Baked Crispy Garlic & Herb Chicken Tenders
- 1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins
- 6 tbsp butter (melted to liquid)
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2x 1/2 tbsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning blend (yes that’s 2 individual 1/2 tbsps)
Preheat the oven to 400f.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Place butter in a bowl and melt.
Add 1/2 tbsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning to the butter and mix well.
Place the panko bread crumbs into a different bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning to the panko bread crumbs and mix well.
Dip the chicken into the butter, making sure entire piece is covered.
Dip the chicken into the panko bread crumb mix, making sure entire piece is covered.
Place chicken on baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve immediately as is, with your favorite dipping sauce or on a sandwich.
