This recipe contains lots of my favorite things, and is really filling.
valmg’s Meaty Pizza Pasta
- 3/4 lb ground beef
- 3 links Italian Sausage
- 1/4 lb Genoa Salami
- 1/4 lb Pepperoni
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 oz ricotta cheese
- 28 oz chopped Italian tomatoes
- 1 lb pasta
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375.
While the oven is preheating, boil the pasta according to the instructions.
At this time, cut your salami and pepperoni into bite sized chunks.
Also at this same time, brown your ground beef and your Italian sausage.
When your pasta comes to a boil, take it off of the stove and drain it.
Put the pasta in a very large bowl.
Add in the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir well.
Add in the ground beef and stir well.
Add in the sausage and stir well.
Add in the ricotta cheese, garlic powder and onion powder and stir well.
Add in the salami and pepperoni pieces and stir well.
Add in the tomatoes and stir well.
When everything is combined, heat in the oven for about 10 minutes, just long enough to heat it up.
Serve and enjoy, using salt and pepper to taste.
