I love one pot meals. I’ve been playing with my new T-fal Caldero and finding different ways to use it. It is awesome at handling one pot meals. Here’s a simple recipe for London Broil with green beans and potatoes.
- 1.5 – 2 pounds London broil
- 6-8 peeled potatoes
- 1 box frozen green beans
- 2 packets Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 cups water
Brown the outside of the London Broil. This should only take 5 minutes or so.
Add in the potatoes, green beans and the dry soup mix.
Add in the four cups of water and cover.
Bring to a boil and then cook on medium for about a half hour, until the potatoes are fork tender.
Let sit for five minutes. You’ll have a little extra gravy but it thickens upon standing.
Enjoy with salt and pepper to taste.
