MY THOUGHTS

I received a copy of The Fearless Baker. Chapters include Cookies Bars and Bites, Cakes, Pies and Tarts, Fruit, No Oven Required, Best Dessert Sauces, and Breakfast. Recipes are easy to understand and call for ordinary ingredients. While the cookbook does have some colorful clipart scattered throughout, unfortunately there are no photos – something I feel every cookbook needs. I’d also find it helpful if prep and cooking time were included. I like that the cookbook is written in a friendly, conversational tone, and that questions (and answers) pertaining to each recipe are included on that page. There are many yummy sounding recipes in this cookbook that I am looking forward to making.

  7. I love to stuff boneless chicken breast with basil & sundried tomato pesto and garlic then wrap it in bacon and place fresh veggies in the dish…..hmmmm its wonderful

  15. I luv to bake muffins…so quick and easy to make and sooooooooooooooo many varieties and recipes to choose from. I luv making and eating muffins…

  20. My favorite thing to bake: fancy layer cakes! I love planning them out, designing the decorations, baking them, and of course eating them!

  21. the one that I enjoy baking the most is Chocolate Chip Cookies! That is the one thing I know brings a smile to kiddos faces when they can help out and smell those cookies baking.
