We love pasta. The shape of spaghetti and linguine are favorites but I don’t make them all that often. The reason for this is that they’re kind of hard for my youngest to eat. And I think it’s easier to eat other shapes of pasta too. I just don’t like the slurping, and when the noodle wiggles and hits you in the face. As a result, when I do cook them, I break the pieces into three before putting them in the pot. That way they’re short enough for all of us to easily manage when we eat.
