- One pound ground beef
- 3x 28 ounce cans Diced Tomatoes (I like the Basil, Garlic & Oregano variety)
- 2 1/2 cups Minute Rice
- 2 cans sweet corn
- 2 packages Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (I like the Cheesy variety)
- Shredded cheese (optional)
Brown the ground beef and place into crockpot.
Add in the uncooked Minute Rice.
Add in the 3 cans of tomatoes.
Add in the 2 cans of corn.
Add in the contents of the Taco Seasoning packets and stir.
It will look soupy, something like this.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
You can sprinkle shredded cheese over the top if you like.
