I like to cook from scratch. The thing is, sometimes I just don’t have the time or energy. I like to create dishes that are quick and easy to make while still being tasty. This recipe is one of the easiest ones I make. Despite the fact that it’s gluten-free, it’s tasty enough that everyone can eat it and enjoy it.
valmg’s Gluten-Free Cheesy Italian Pasta
- 1 pound of gluten-free pasta (spaghetti or something thin works best)
- 1 bag of Sargento Bistro Italian Pasta Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Garlic or minced garlic (or garlic powder)
- Salt and pepper to taste
First boil your pasta.
If you’re going to use fresh garlic, chop or mince about a third of a cup and fry it.
When your pasta s finished, strain it.
Stir in about a quarter cup of olive oil, enough to coat the noodles.
Next stir in about 4 ounces of the shredded cheese.
Next add in the garlic or garlic powder.
Be sure to stir and make sure everything is well mixed.
If you want or need you can add in a little more olive oil.
Serve, adding salt and pepper to taste.
This is one dish that everyone likes and that I don’t mind making.
