I love this cookbook because everything in it is gluten-free, and yet the dishes are made with regular ingredients. The book is broken into three categories – $7 and under, $10 and under and $15 and under. The recipes in each of those sections is then split into categories by type of food. The ingredients are all easy to understand and easy to follow. The two things keeping this cookbook from being perfect is that it is missing prep and cooking time and it has no photos at all. I understand photos of crockpot food can be tough but photos do such a nice job of breaking up text on page after white page, plus they show you what the dish should look like. I’m thrilled with this cookbook and it’s definitely a keeper.
