There are nights where we’re all busy doing different things. You know the kind of nights I mean, the kind where everyone has to be in a different place at a different time. I like to keep a couple of frozen meals in the freezer for tose nights. Inevitably, they are Banquet meals.
Banquest has been around for over 50 years. They began in 1953 with frozen pot pies. Next came frozen dinners, followed by frozen chicken, Homestyle Bakes and Crock-Pot Classics. I remember first seeing Banquet frozen meals when I was a teenager. RB and I ate them often when we first started out and I was learning how to cook. I have always found their meals to be affordable and tasty. The variety is tremendous – there is something for every taste. My favorites are Chicken Fried Chicken and Swedish meatballs. TJ’s favorite is Salisbury Steak. RB’s favorite is the Boneless Pork Ribs. I am hoping one day in the future Banquet adds a gluten-free item to their line of dinners, it’d be awesome to have something quick and easy to make for CJ on hand in the freezer.
Back in February, Banquet started their Thanks A Million campaign, as a way to say thanks to their customers. Packages of Banquet frozen meals with the “Thanks a Million” logo each contain a special thank you gift. Gifts include over 16,000 redeemable cash prizes, worth anywhere from $10 to $100,000, and Banquet coupons. You can learn more about the Banquet Thanks a Million Instant Win Game at BanquetThanksAMillion.com.
Hurry and get in on this, this campaign won’t last forever!
I wrote this review while participating in a blog campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Banquet and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.
