- electric pressure cooker (I used a 6 qt Cosori Premium)
- silicone cooking spoon
- measuring cups
- measuring spoons
- potato peeler
- cutting board
- 1.25 lbs ground beef
- 2.5 cups beef broth
- 18 oz potatoes, peeled and diced
- 16 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups light cream
- 16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2.5 oz package cooked bacon slices
- onion powder
- garlic powder
Set the pressure cooker to saute.
Place the ground beef into the pot and brown it.
While the beef is cooking, peel and dice the potatoes.
Once the ground beef is thoroughly browned, add the potatoes, seasonings, broth and tomatoes to the pot and stir well.
Place the cover onto the pot and close to seal.
Cook on manual high pressure for 30 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle has finished, do a quick pressure release.
Add in the light cream and shredded cheese and stir well.
Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Add the bacon to the pot and stir wwell.
