Preheat the oven to 350 f.

Line the cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Cut the English muffins in half and lightly toast them in the toaster

Place the toasted muffin halves onto a foil lined cookie sheet.

Place a light coating of butter on each one and then sprinkle a little garlic powder on each one.

Place a generous spoonful of pizza sauce on each half of the muffin. You want to cover the muffin but you do not want to soak it.

Place some pepperoni pieces on top of each muffin half.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the muffin.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of the cheese, you can be as generous here as you like.

Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melty.

Serve and enjoy!

What’s your favorite pizza topping?
