You’ll love watching the family enjoy eating this yummy soup while you appreciate the fact that it’s a really simple recipe, so much so that it almost makes itself. One-Pot Hamburger Hashbrown Soup
Equipment used
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs ground beef
- 20 oz bag fresh shredded hash browns
- 2x 28oz cans died tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano)
- 28oz water
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown the ground beef.
Add diced tomatoes, water, onion powder, and garlic powder and bring to a boil.
Add the hash browns and cheddar and stir well.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
What a great way to make delicious soup quickly. Onion and garlic incorporate amazing flavor to most of the soups.
Great recipe for a weekly night dinner. Specially when the weather is cold. This looks very hearty and good.
