Easy Chili Con Carne Recipe For Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System From Val's Kitchen

My oldest loves chili. I make it in a few different ways. This particular recipe doesn’t use a seasoning packet. I like it because it uses the simplest of ingredients that I almost always have on hand. It’s a very mild chili, but some additional heat can easily be added right at the table with hot sauce. Here’s how I made it.

Easy Chili Con Carne

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 3x 15 oz cans kidney beans (I used pink, light red, dark red)
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions

Set the Ninja to stovetop high.

Brown the ground beef until it’s no longer pink.

Switch the Ninja to slowcoook low.

Add the remainder of the ingredients and cook for 2 hours.

Serve immediately.
