Here’s how I made it.
- 1 3/4 lb boneless chicken, cubed
- 2 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 12 oz frozen corn
- 2x 14.75 oz cans creamed corn
- 32 oz box chicken broth
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
Add the chicken, potatoes, frozen corn, canned corn and chicken broth to the Ninja.
Turn the Ninja on stovetop high and cook for 45 minutes.
Add the corn starch, milk, onion powder and garlic powder.
Switch the Ninja to slow cook low and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
