Cheesy Roast Beef Bombs Appetizer Recipe

Cheesy Roast Beef Bombs Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 canister refrigerated pizza crust
  • 4-6 slices Italian Roast Beef
  • 4 oz Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 f.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the pizza crust into a rectangle.

Cut the crust dough into 12-16 equally sized pieces.

Chop up your slices of roast beef.

Put a generous pinch of the roast beef onto a square of crust.

Place a pinch of shredded cheddar on top of that.

Seal up the crust by making it into sort of a ball, pinching and pressing all open edges closed.

Place the dough onto the cookie sheet.

Bake for approximately 10-14 minutes (depends on how big they are), until the appetizers are turning a golden brown.

Serve immediately. They don’t taste nearly as good once they’re cold.
