I’ve made Corn Sausage Chowder many, many times, but never in the crockpot. I was able to use my regular recipe with minimal changes. The result? A chowder that was better then ever before! Plus, it was easier, as I didn’t have to cook the sausage. It should be noted, I wasn’t sure how the sausage would do in the crockpot, so I didn’t cut it at first. Once I realized it was cooking as it should I fished it out and sliced it, then put it back in. This is so easy to make, and sooo yummy. Check it out.
