Wordless Wednesday – Love For Pickles Made With Love

Wordless Wednesday - Homemade Pickles

I made a big batch of homemade pickles yesterday. I got the highest compliment of all. Hubby went in the frig for a pickle. He saw the store bought there and not mine. I told him mine wouldn’t be ready for at least another day. He said “ok, I’ll eat the ordinary pickles”.

I LOVE pickles….if your husband decides he’d rather have the “ordinary” ones, I’ll be glad to take the homemade ones off his hands! ; ) Thanks for linking up to The BOAT!

If these are dill, yum, yum; however, I can’t stand sweet pickles.

We want to start making our own sweet pickles with the canning system that I won from you. We are just thrilled and can hardly wait to start canning.

Were they worth you time and effort?

I have never canned them myself, but my favorite local store when I was a kid sold the world’s best pickles! I was truly sad when we moved away from there when I was a teen!

    Happy WW!
