Wordless Wednesday – How Do You Like Your Pizza Crust?
By valmg on Oct 03, 2012 with Comments 3

I always find it interesting to see how different people like different things. Pizza crust for example. I hate a dry, chalky crust. I like it golden and soft, but not too soft. For thickness I prefer it on the thin side, no thicker then the one in this picture, but ideally even thinner. How do you like your pizza crust?

Best pizza ever was real Chicago one. Love good Sicilian although it is hard to find. Ok with thin crust Boboli at home. Best locally is the regular at PJ’s. It is all a matter of who does the crust and how.
That’s a tough one, I like so many!
I love:
Thin, crispy crusts.
Thick and crispy Sicilian.
Deep dish.
Pan.
If it’s in a brick or wood fired oven, even better!
i love my crust just as you do i dont like it undercooked but i like when it has a bubble effect, and sometimes i like a thin crispy crust when it comes to a margarita pizza
