Wordless Wednesday – Lasagna Noodles

I love lasagna. I make a really good lasagna. And yet somehow despite years of making lasagna and using the noodles, I never thought of using lasagna noodles for anything other then lasagna. This picture is of lasagna rollatini, which was sort of lasagna sliced, breaded and fried. It was fantastic! What kinds of dishes have you made with lasagna noodles?

Never used the noodles except for slang.. do you have the recipe for this one.. I would love to give it a try.
I don’t have the recipe, I ate it at Olive Garden. I’m going to try and make something similar, I’ll post how it turns out,.
