valmg’s Easy Gluten-Free Apple Pork Tenderloin Crockpot Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin (I used an apple bourbon tenderloin I found on sale)
- 8-10 medium to large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 lb baby carrots
- 1x 21 oz can Lucky Leaf apple pie filling
- 4 tbsp white rice flour for gravy (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Coat the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray.
Place potatoes into crockpot.
Place carrots into crockpot.
Place the pork tenderloin on top of vegetables.
Place lid on crockpot and cook
Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
Spoon contents of crockpot into large bowl.
If you want gravy add the white rice flour to the juice in the bottom of the crockpot and whisk well until blended.
Serve.

On a hor summer evening, crockpots always beat out the stove, oven, or broiler.
I love my crockpot. I just made turkey breast in mine and stuffed it with dried cranberries! I used cran juice and white wine and infused it for more than 12 hours. It was SOOOO good. It really is easy to do gluten free in your crockpot.

I like how easy it is to leave all the contents in the crockpot for some hours and have a nice meal afterwards. The vegetables cook really well and there’s no worry about having to wait at specific times to prepare the meal. Once it’s in, all it requires is some monitoring. It’s very time efficient.
This sounds delicious I really need to use my crockpot more.
