This is an incredible cookbook, so many recipes all in one place, there’s something for everyone! The Top 100 favorite recipes are marked with an icon. All of the recipes in this book are all very easy to understand. They call for regular ingredients that can be found in most kitchens and grocery stores. There’s not a photo for each recipe, that would be hard with this many recipes. That being said, there are a lot of great photos, gathered in sections throughout the book. Recipes clearly list prep and cooking time. Many recipes also include a note from the editor containing a tip or technique helpful in making that recipe. A ribbon is built into the binding to use as a place marker. I can only think of two things that would make this cookbook better, an index at the beginning of each chapter listing the recipes in that chapter, and tabs on the side making it easy to find the chapter you want. This cookbook would make  great addition to any kitchen and a great gift for anyone.

I’ve had a lot of my recipes published in their magazines and books. It would be fun to see if any of them are in this collection.
