Easy Summer Recipes for Dip, Potato Salad and Chicken Wraps From Hellmann’s – With Giveaway

Independence Day may have ended yesterday but we still have to eat, right? I know a lot of people that turn a mid-week holiday like this year’s Independence Day into a really long weekend. If you’re entertaining, don’t forget that Hellmann’s is good for making more than great sandwiches. Here are a couple of recipes featuring Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil. Hellmanns California Chicken Wraps
California Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil
  • 4 (6-in.) fajita size whole wheat flour tortillas
  • 12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens

Directions

Spread It: Spread Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil
Stuff It: Layer chicken, avocado, red pepper, red onion and salad greens down center of each tortilla.
Wrap It: Roll and fold the filled tortilla.

Hellmanns Original Potato Salad

The Original Potato Salad

It’s made with Real Mayonnaise, just like mom always made!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. potatoes (5 to 6 medium), peeled and cut into 3/4-inch chunks
  • 1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (optional)

Directions

Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, celery, onion and eggs and toss gently. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Hellmanns Easy Vegetable Dip

Easy Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and chill 2 hours to blend flavors.
Stir before serving. Serve with your favorite dippers.

Hellmanns Creamy Spinach Dip

Hellmann’s Creamy Spinach Dip

Whether served in an impressive bread bowl or a simple ceramic bowl, this dip is always a hit.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
  • 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Chill 2 hours.

Substitution: Try using 1 container (16 oz.) nonfat plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
