Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher with OrbitClean Wash Arm – With $25 GC Giveaway
By valmg on Jun 15, 2012 with Comments 127
Remember the dirty dish survey that I mentioned yesterday? I was unloading the dishwasher today and found two dirty dishes, one dirty cup and two pieces of dirty silverware. This is what the dish looked like.

I scraped the stuff up there in the corner off and put it into the dishwasher again. No, I didn’t serve anything to hubby in it this time. In case you missed yesterday’s post, I mentioned that a study had determined that a lot of people have served a dirty dish that their dishwasher didn’t get clean. A lot of people being defined as nearly 30 million. Yeah. that’s a lot of people, and I must guiltily raise my hand as one of them. Here’s the down and dirty, as it were.
Did you know that nearly 30 million American dishwasher owners have served a dirty dish when their dishwasher failed to get it completely clean? A recent study commissioned by Frigidaire®[1] found that spouses and significant others were most often on the receiving end, with more than 15 million respondents admitting to feeling most comfortable serving their spouse or significant other a dish that had to be “wiped” clean. However, less than one out of five dishwasher owners felt comfortable serving their in-laws and children a dish that wasn’t fully clean.
Now, with the introduction of the new Frigidaire Gallery® Dishwasher with OrbitClean™ Wash Arm, friends and family no longer have to fall victim to a dirty dish in disguise. The new dishwasher features four times better water coverage and delivers the best drying performance[2] with the SaharaDry™ Cycle, eliminating the need to re-wash, re-dry or re-run the dishwasher. Plus, the performance is so quiet, you won’t even realize the dishwasher is running.
To celebrate this new innovation, which “gets it right the first time,” Frigidaire® is teaming up with Jennifer Garner to give one lucky fan the ultimate do-over. Whether it’s a bad first date or a vacation gone wrong, users can submit a moment they wished they got right the first time around at Facebook.com/Frigidaire for a chance to get it right the first time. And, for each do-over submitted, Frigidaire® also will donate $1 to Save the Children.[3]
This is what the Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher with OrbitClean Wash Arm looks like.

That would look awesome in my kitchen! And the idea of not needing a do-over – not having to re-wash any dishes – is great too! And quiet? that would be a blessing! Ours is noisy as anything! Dry dishes? What are those? Our dry cycle broke a lonog time ago, so we use the other dry cycle – time. We let the dishes sit for a while after they’re done so they can drip dry.
WIN IT!
ONE winner will receive a $25 gift card.

Our water tends to be really hard so, yes, we do have trouble with dishes not being as clean as they should.
And I am not entering the Frigidaire giveaway since I can’t like them on facebook.
