A Whole Lotta Morning #LatteLove And @MilkMustache Makes Breakfast Better – With Latte At Home Giveaway

Latte Cup

I get up at 5 am every morning. Weekday mornings, that is. Weekends are more like 6. I get up at 5 so that I have a small window of time, 15-20 minutes, to myself before I have to start getting the kids ready for school. Nine times out of ten, I grab a cup and spend that time on the computer doing my mandatory morning reading. My morning reading would not be right if I didn’t have that cuppa. My cuppa almost always involves milk, whether it be in coffee, a latte, or just plain milk.

My morning reading is a mix of local news and other bloggers. For local news I check out my local Patch site, then the Asbury Park Press, which is a newspaper that covers the area I live in. Then I hit weather.com. Then I catch up on what some of my favorite bloggers are up to. The folks at TheBreakfastProject.com by @MilkMustache asked me to share who some of my favorite reads are.

There are a few blogs that I try to keep up with, to the point that I subscribe to their feeds by email so that I don’t miss a thing. The bloggers I gotta whole lotta love for are:

The Dirty Tshirt

Brain Foggles

Champagne Living

Telling Dad

I love to keep up with these bloggers because they have really left an impression in one way or another. I’ve met Jennifer from The Dirty Tshirt and I liked her immediately. She’s just real, and does a great review. I’ve known Connie from Brain Foggles online for a long time and have met her a couple of times. She’s an advocate for her daughter and frequently those with special needs or health problems. I’ve met Louise from MomStart a few times and she is just a sweet person. She likes helping others and loves to give things away. Selfless. I’ve met Zippy from Champagne Living only once but known her online for a while. She and I stayed up talking late into the night in New York City and spent time shopping in the holiday village another day as well. I just felt  connection with her, she calls it an old broads club. I love reading about her travels and life at the mansion. Last but far from least is Greg from Telling Dad, whom I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting. Greg is hysterical and has unbelievable personality and a lot of heart.

Jennifer, Connie, Louise, Zippy and Greg – I raise my cuppa to you!
