I have the most delish recipe for fosters bananna french toast!!!
I make Egg Muffins – scrambled eggs baked in muffin tins. This way, every one can have their eggs with whatever they want in them (I have bowls out with cheese, chopped ham, cooked crumbled bacon, sauteed veggies, etc.) and I’m not standing over the stove making eggs all during brunch.
