Wordless Wednesday – Salisbury Steak Experiment 1

We all like frozen salisbury steak in this house. Lately I got to thinking that I’d like to try making it from scratch. I scoped out a couple of recipes and started cooking. I concocted what I thought would be tasty homemade salisbury steak. It looked pretty much like salisbury steak, and I expected it to taste pretty much like salisbury steak. FAIL! Despite my efforts and almost two hours in the kitchen, it tasted like hamburgers in brown gravy. Back to the drawing board.

Special added ingredients like onion, garlic, herbs/spices and additives like worscheter can change taste rastgically.

Yeah there is something mixed in the ground beef but I am not sure what.
