MY THOUGHTS
Over the past one or two years I’ve been hearing more and more about Bento Boxes. At first I didn’t know what they were. Then I thought that they were just containers with leftover sushi. Finally it dawned on me that they are containers consisting of left overs that are artfully put together – a sort of food art – and that the people that can create them have an artistic talent. Artistic, I’m not. With Yum-Yum Bento Box I can be. The recipes in this book are very simple, specific an easy to follow. The book is full of bright, colorful pictures, one for each recipe I believe, as well as many tips and techniques. For those new to Bento Boxes, there is a very helpful section on Bento Boxes, Tools and Accessories that explains everything. This book would be a great gift for anyone that likes to create in the kitchen, as well as a great addition to your own collection.
Yum-Yum Bento Box is available to purchase online.

I’ve made bentos on plenty of occasions. Mostly for work. I think they’re a good way to have fun with your food. Would love to be able to make more.
OMG. I need this cookbook.
I used to go to a Japanese restaurant with some co-workers and we’d all have our little bento boxes in front of us….. good times.
