Four Foods On Friday 113

Hi everyone.
You may have noticed I haven’t been using Mr Linky for a couple of weeks. I realized that as easy as it was to put there and leave it that I was missing getting together with you folks. So I’m going back to asking you to leave your link in my comments if you play. I’m going to try to go back to visiting you all too.
What can you make with eggs, meat or poultry, vegetables and a starch?
My answer:
This is a lame one but the only one that is coming to mind. I;m thinking casseroles but only coming up with breakfast. So my answer is an omelette with meat and veggies in it, with hash browns on the side. Sorry.
Leave your answers in a comment on this post. If you happen to have written them in a post on your blog feel free to leave the link along with your answers.
Thanks!

Hey val, is this for last Friday or next Friday’s FFOF? Sorry, getting confused LOL.
Hi there! 113 went up last Friday and is the most recent.
A yummy quiche or perhaps a fridatta. Creativity and the chef count.
This is a simple turkey recipe that we really like:

Our favorite dish in the islands.
I was thinking of a quiche as well. How about some type of french toast with meat/veggies on top and perhaps some sort of hollandaise?
