Since my surgery I try to be more careful about what I eat, since my intake is far from what it used to be. I try to look for foods that are better for me and provide some of the things I really need now like protein and fiber. I also try and watch the fats and sugars. I love yogurt so when I learned about the latest addition to the Yoplait family I was happy to try it.

Each four ounce serving only has 50 calories, 3 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and 0 grams of fat! It is the only yogurt weighing in with both 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber per serving. That 5 grams of fat is 20% of the recommended daily value of fiber. Yoplait Fiber One is also a good source of calcium and vitamins A and D. I was skeptical on how it would taste and was pleasantly surprised to discover that I liked it a lot. The yogurt is very creamy, almost the consistency of pudding. I tried the strawberry. It was somewhat sweet and actually tasted like strawberries. This yogurt makes a great meal for me and would make a terrific snack for anyone. You can’t feel guilty eating something that tastes good that’s good for you too.
