About The Busy People’s Fast and Frugal Cookbook

The book is “The Busy People’s Fast and Frugal Cookbook” … every recipe is low-fat, budget-friendly, seven ingredients or less and prepared, start to finish, in 30 minutes or less. Really great little book for busy and/or budgeted families (which is just about all of us at this point, right?).

I receiveda copy of this cookbook. I liked that the instructions were written in simple English and were easy to follow. All of the ingredients were average, run of the mill food items – nothing you have to go to a specialty store for. All ingredients and supplies are clearly listed, as well as tips for preparing the dish. The only thing I’d like to see different about the book is use of a larger font – the type is on the small side and I had to look close at times.
