i love making chicken with las palmas enchilada sauce in a crockpot. It is so simple and we just put the chicken in a tortilla, pour the sauce over and top it with cheese….yummy!

i love crockpot dishes that i can use for more than one meal. i like to do a bog roast, then use half of the leftovers for bbq beef and half for tacos/burritos

Hmmm…so hard to choose my favorite. I love to use my crockpot to make chili and homemade baked beans. I also like to throw in a few chicken breasts with frozen vegetables and cover with whatever salad dressing I have on hand.

Hi, there. Stopping over while blog hopping. I’m enjoying the UBP party. It’s in the wee hours of the morning but I have a migraine so can’t sleep. It’s nice to meet you and your blog. We make so much in the crockpot – I’d love to learn to make more. Our favorites are Beef Roast, Ribs & Chicken & potatoes
Since I found the blog 365 crockpots a few months ago, we have been using our crockpot 3-4 times a week. It’s just so easy. I made a chicken and salsa recipe on Saturday-frozen chicken breasts, a packet of taco seasoning, cream of mushroom or chicken, some frozen corn, and salsa. High for 6 hours and it was delicious! Had the leftovers last night! I am constantly looking for new crockpot recipes, so this book would be fantastic, thanks!

My hubbie makes Kalua pork…liquid smoke, sea salt, and a pork rump. That’s it! Let it cook for 8-10 hours. Add cabbage on top at the last hour of cook time.
I like to make chili in the crockpot!
I love making a Coke Roast. You use a can of Coke, pack of dry onion soup mix and a can of mushroom soup. Mix together and pour over the vegetables and roast then cook for 8 hours. It’s so good and so tander.
I have a Pork Butt Roast in my Crock Pot right now. I’m making barbecue sandwiches
I’d like to try making corned beef in a crock pot.
My favorite to make in my crock pot is a pot roast or chilli. I would love to make sweddish meatballs.
