Here are this week’s four questions.
#1. What is your favorite kind of juice to drink?
#2. Pizza. What’s your favorite?
#3. Mustard. Yellow, brown, depends.
#4. Share a side dish recipe that uses rice or pasta.
I like lots of juices but one of my very favorites, if not the favorite, is tomato juice.
I love a meat lovers style, pizza, with all sorts of meats on it like bacon, ground beef, sausage, pepperoni and ham.
I detest mustard and only use the yellow when I make deviled eggs. Hubby likes both.
Rice or pasta. Rice or pasta. I’m terribly fond of both. Green beans and spaetzle is yummy. Spaetzle is a dumpling, just boil it and mix with cooked green beans, a little butter, salt and pepper to taste. It goes great with ham.
Here’s what I learned from Four Foods on Friday #16.
Corrin has no one favorite pasta or rice, she likes them alll with a little butter and parmesan cheese. She mentions the restaurant where she gets her favorite pizza in her post, I checked out their menu and now I want to figure out a way to make pizza pot pie. Corrin just landed herself a new job. Congrats Corrin!
Lisa likes pepperoni pizza and hates mustard. And how cool is this. Lisa recently got the opportunity to do some live blogging in Miami. Nice gig Lisa!
Kelly has shared a recipe for spinach and feta rice that I wouldn’t like but my hubby sure would love. Kelly has a hard job that I doubt I could ever do, and I respect her for it. Her workday is never the same and certainly never dull. Read a little about just one of her workdays and you’ll see what i mean.
Skeet uses mustard when preparing her fish for frying and has shared a recipe for dirty rice complete with pics! I’ll have to find out why they call it dirty rice. Skeet runs a fun photo game called Tuesday Teasers as well as a good news roundup called Share Some Good Stuff on Thursdays, and she writes terrific reviews of hidden object games.
Kari’s back, and she’s got a recipe that sounds totally yummy with her. I based my homemade calzone on a recipe on her blog and that was good so I know this is bound to be good. I haven’t seen the movie, but thanks to her little review of the movie Ghost Rider I now know what I’m not missing.
Madelein likes margaritha pizza and apple and pear juice. That juice sounds tasty. She’s got a picture of a fuschia plant up this week, she’s had other neat pics of plants up in the past as well.
Lynne doesn’t like mustard either and is not the first to say she’s never used pasta for a side dish. Am I the only one that does buttered noodles with seasoning, or mac and cheese, or even boxed Lipton pasta sides? If you’re into crafts, Lynne’s got some really nice pieces up for auction on her blog that she made herself. She’s terrible handy. She’s got a spaghetti pie recipe up this week that I’m wondering if my son would like. I’ve never had it and it just sounds so interesting.
Ami-Chan loves mango juice as well as fermented potato juice, which is something I’ve not heard of. Ami-Chan, anything new on the Horizon front? I’m so not happy with them right now it isn’t even funny. I’ve blogged a bit about it on I know EVERYTHING – just ask my hubby. Ami-Chan reads tarot cards and writes for a magazine that’s getting published. Great news!
Sarafina is a first time player that found us thanks to Corrin. Welcome Sarafina! Thank goodness, Sarafina has made a pasta as a side dish, and she shared the recipe too! I found a very interesting recipe for roast beef on her blog too.
Laura likes white pizza and has shared her recipe for fried rice. Yumm and yumm. Laura writes about all sorts of contests on her blog. It’s the best place to find them, you must check it out if you haven’t already. There’s lots of other stuff on her blog too, like how to reuse baby food containers.
Sandy likes yellow mustard and has shared a rice recipe that also doubles as enchilada filling. Sandy also has a list of 13 free things to do with the one you love. Timely post with Valentine’s Day approaching.
Blueyes has shared a quick recipe for a sort of pasta primavera that I can see using on a busy night when I don’t have a lot of time to cook. Blueyes is very happy that the Giants won the Bowl, and she is looking for some suggestions on how to handle a problem at work, maybe some of you can help her out.
That’s it for this week. A new set of questions goes up tomorrow. Bye now!

I totally forgot about using mustard in deviled eggs and potato salad, that probably what I end up using mustard for the most.
I definitely found some recipes I want to try!
