Here are this week’s four questions.

#1. Hot chocolate. With marshmallows or without?
#2. What is your favorite ice cream?
#3. What is your favorite candy bar?
#4. Name something you make with creamed corn in it, and how you make it.

I prefer hot chocolate with the little marshmallows, but will gladly drink it without them as well. My favorite candy bar is a Kit Kat. A Dove Dark. A Nestle Crisp. Ahhhhhh! I can’t decide. I put creamed corn in my corn sausage chowder. And in my Shepherds Pie.

Here’s what I learned from this weeks participants of Four Foods on Friday #9.

Lynne doesn’t like anything with nuts. She also adds something special to her hot chocolate. I don’t like nuts either Lynne! She also left me with quite a mental image after reminding readers that what goes in must come out.

I can tell from two of Sandy’s answers that she likes nuts. She’s also given us instructions on how to make a corn casserole. I’m hungry again. Sandy is a cat lover like me, and her cats are really cute.

Madelein is a first timer today. Welcome Madelein! She has shared another recipe using creamed corn, and likes Magic Shell on her ice cream. I love Cinnabons! We used to have a Cinnabons store in the nearby mall. Her Christmas tree sure does look pretty!

Blueyes is easy going, doesn’t matter if she has marshmallows or not, or what candy bar she eats as long as it has dark chocolate. But she’s got something to say about creamed corn. I’m curious to know why she thinks people turn a bit evil during the holiday season.

Skeet considers marshmallows in hot chocolate the same way I do. She’s also shared her recipe for corn fritters, which I have decided I want to try. I think they sound yummy. I read that Skeet’s car is named Hokulele. I wonder what that means and why she named it that. My truck was named Air force One by a friend of ours. Can you guess why?

Lori does not care for coffee and likes Rocky Road ice cream. She’s shared her recipe for Mexican Corn Bread with us! Lori also has a cooking blog, and she’s got a recipe for homemade barbecue sauce up.

Karen believes she’s found a cure for migraines. Also, maybe you can help Karen out, she’s not sure how to spell something.

You know, I never understood why people named their cars lol I can only imagine what someone could come up with in mine considering its yellow.

I just can’t comprehend how people like creamed corn. I mean it’s gooey, whats the appeal?

Well you don’t have to eat it alone if you don’t like the texture, you can put it in something. It’s sweeter and softer than regular corn. I had a yellow Mustang convertible way back when, somehow it got called the bumble bee.
