Here are this week’s four questions.

#1. Bagels. What’s your favorite kind of bagel and how do you like to eat them?
#2. Mashed potatoes. How do you like them? Lumps – love em or leave em?
#3. Mac and cheese. How do you make it? Boxed or from scratch? Add anything?
#4. Grapes. Cold, frozen or room temperature? Do you prefer red or green? Why?

I love everything bagels, New York style, and preferably they should have a little salt included in the everything. Sometimes I like them with cream cheese, sometimes with butter. Sometimes I like to make a sandwich with them.
Mashed potatoes. A little lump here and there never hurt anyone, did it? LOL.
Mac and cheese. I’m usuallly in too much of a hurry and end up making it from a box. Do I add stuff? All the time. I use boxed mac and cheese as a starter for lots of other things. Like hamburger helper, only cheaper.
Green grapes only please. They taste better than red. Chilled but not cold, room temp is also ok.

Here’s what I learned from this weeks participants of Four Foods on Friday #7.

Lisa toasts her bagels and doesn’t like grapes. Am I the only one whose cream cheese gets yecky if put on a toasted bagel? Lisa has some of the nicest looking blog headers I’ve ever seen, you really must see them to know what I mean. Anyway. Lisa thinks we need to lick more bald men’s heads, and demonstrates.

Kari recently tried black grapes and liked them better than the others. I’ve not seen these here. What are they like? She’s also got a chicken parmesan stromboli recipe up that looks so very yummy!

My pal blueyes really hit the jackpot this week because three of the questions I asked turned out to be some of her favorite foods. Some garlic in the mashed potatoes rocks! Blueyes also recently found out a Christmas bonus is headed her way and that maybe certain other employees will be upset about that. Girl, I haven’t had a Christmas bonus since 1992. (And Google made sure I’m not getting one this year either.)

Good Enough 2 Eat loves mashed potatoesand leaves the skin on, and gave me an answer to the grapes question I didn’t expect. This is the first time here for Good Enough 2 Eat, thanks for joining us! She’s keeping a food and exercise blog. Good luck! She’s also got a cartoon that cracked me up.

Lynne made her hubby stop for a little something when they were on their way to the hospital to have a baby. She’s right, it is funny! Lynne also learned how to make a different kind of roasted chicken from Prince Charles’ stepson.

Lori uses to make macaroni and cheese from scratch in a crockpot. She could teach me something about that, because when I tried making it that way twenty years ago it was so nasty even the dog wouldn’t eat it. Lori also recently won a new stand mixer. How cool is that! She deserved it after making such a great video!

Thanks to all who participated!

Unfortunately I got shafted on that bonus. Our great institution said they didn’t “budget” for it so we don’t get it….now think of a few nasty words and that’s what we have all said.
